These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ChoreButton mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using ChoreButton, you agree to these terms.

ChoreButton is designed to help families organise chores, rewards, allowances, pocket money, and household responsibilities. The app is intended for personal and household use only.
You must be at least 18 years old to create and manage a parent account.
Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for supervising children and verifying completed chores.
ChoreButton records actions entered into the app but cannot verify whether a chore has actually been completed. Approval systems, rewards, limits, and notifications are provided as tools to assist families but do not replace parental judgement.
ChoreButton may display rewards, allowances, balances, or earned amounts. These values are records created by users and do not represent money held by ChoreButton.
ChoreButton does not operate as a bank, payment service, financial institution, or escrow provider. Any payment made to a child remains entirely the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play.
Billing, renewals, payment processing, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google in accordance with Google Play policies.
ChoreButton does not store payment card information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, parent PIN, and Family Code.
Any activity that occurs through your account or Family Code is your responsibility. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your use of ChoreButton is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected, how it is stored, and how you may request deletion of your information.
You may stop using ChoreButton at any time.
You may request deletion of your family data by contacting: support@chorebutton.com
When a deletion request is received, we will remove applicable data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that ChoreButton will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The ChoreButton application, branding, logos, graphics, software, and content are owned by ChoreButton and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.
ChoreButton is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the service, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChoreButton shall not be liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of ChoreButton shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
